Computer tool for mobiles developed by COAATT that facilitates the visualization, monitoring, communication, preparation and custody of the documentation of a work and intervention, incorporating the management of the Electronic Visits, Incidents and Orders Books, highlighting its ease of use and the use of the technological tools of the mobile.Electronic incident book meets the technical specifications provided by the Department of Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya. Thus, its result will comply with all that the regulations require, using the recent technological tools of mobile devices, facilitating data collection, geolocation and communication of incidents that will improve and speed up the management, storage and communication of books.These books will be accessible to all the necessary collaborators and technicians and will be protected with the appropriate security measures.Thus, we can say that it has been created as an application for different environments that facilitates management and favors communication and interrelation between the different agents involved in the work, which translates into an improvement in health and safety conditions.This entails the need for geolocation (locating the device in the work) at the time of making the different annotations in the Incident Book and in any format such as audio, photographs, videos and documents.It also allows the sending of the annotations to the interested agents, the visualization by them, as well as the verification that they have seen and / or approved them.The new tool stands out for its ease of use, so once the client and the work have been registered, and the documentation that is deemed necessary through the mobile version or web version to the computer, the collaborators who will intervene can be registered with the necessary categories and levels of access. From this moment on, annotations can be made in the Guest Book in a simple way (video, photos, audio, document or text), but the annotation can only be filled out as an incident book once the work has been approved at the College Professional, guaranteeing proximity to the work through geolocation control, and its security and custody during its execution and after closing, once the coordination work is completed.In order to allow viewing by different authorized agents (Inspection), there will be a "brochure" with a QR code on the site, which the authorized person located at the site will provide to the authorized agent, for its easy and immediate viewing.If you want to use it as a Work Book, the same parameters as the incident book are followed, in reference to the opening and closing by the Professional Association, as well as the system of annotations and communications with the different agents.As a Guest Book, as we have already seen, it will allow you to do the same as the previous ones but it will be activated automatically when creating a work by the technician and will serve as a follow-up, control and repository of documents and annotations, of all the events that occurred in the course of construction work, typical of the direction of the execution of the work.It must be said that the application has a document section, specific to each work of the technician, which allows the digital storage of the different documentation used for the execution of a work.
